After placing an order, each record is produced on-demand by elasticStage and joins the production queue. According to user experiences, the production time for a vinyl record is approximately 7 to 10 days, with shipping occurring the next day after production.
The order confirmation email will include the shipping date, and on that date, the parcel is handed to Royal Mail (the British postal service). You should receive a tracking number via email. For UK destinations, customers can choose between a 24-hour or 48-hour service.
Approximately for EU countries, it takes an average of 3 to 5 days for a small parcel (up to 3 records) to reach you. This parcel will not go through customs but will go straight to you. Your parcel will arrive with the local VAT already been paid through elasticStage.
Every other country outside the UK that is not part of the EU requires an average of 5-7 days, we or elasticStage has no control over how long and if your parcel will sit in customs for clearance. You should expect to be charged your local VAT rate unless your country has a threshold under which there is no VAT to be paid.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed when selecting a payment option. There are many payment options to choose from, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, SOFORT, Bancontact, Przelewy24 and EPS.
You can choose between Royal Mail International Tracked DDU/IOSS and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed DDU/IOSS. The difference is that the latter requires the recipient to provide a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.
